Skyforge Tycoon

Skyforge Tycoon is a management sim about turning a single floating platform into a bustling sky-city. You lay out workshops, route resources between them, and dispatch airships to trade with distant islands. The loop of tweak, optimize, expand is quietly addictive.

It handles idle progression gracefully, so you can check in a few times a day and still feel like you're making headway without being forced to. The upgrade tree is deep enough to keep long-term players busy, and the art has a pleasant steampunk warmth.

The early game is a little slow and the menus could be cleaner. Once your city grows, though, it becomes a satisfying optimization toy.
